Alina Habba has resigned as New Jersey's top federal prosecutor. This comes after a judicial decision that questioned her eligibility to occupy the role.

US Attorney General, the Attorney General, accepted the prosecutor's departure on the start of the week. Bondi stated that the judicial decision made it "untenable" for her to effectively run her office.
